Michael is a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and is the lead trainer at Online Fitness Training with many years of experience. He has worked extensively with both male and female clients with goals ranging from weight loss, through muscular endurance to muscle mass gain.

Michael is particularly experienced with working with older adults tailoring their programs with adaptations to meet their specific needs.
