Discover the Expertise of Farid: A Passionate Personal Trainer Committed to Your Fitness Journey

Farid a highly experienced personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a lifelong passion for fitness, Farid has made it his mission to educate himself about the human anatomy and physiology, and to share that knowledge with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Farid has worked with people of all strengths, shapes, and sizes, and believes that anyone can achieve their desired goals with the right guidance and mindset, whether they have access to a gym or not. His life mantra is “Nothing is impossible”, and he believes that by setting realistic goals and staying committed, anything is achievable.

As a personal trainer, Farid’s ambition is to work closely with individuals to help them achieve realistic fitness goals. He offers a range of services, including building sustainable training programs that are fun, enjoyable, and always exciting to ensure clients stay motivated. He can also develop tailored meal plans and provide dietary advice, track progress, customise sessions for specific fitness goals, and help clients improve their form and technique to ensure they see benefits while staying safe.

Farid understands that effective personal training involves analysing and understanding clients’ needs, developing different exercise programs, being patient and persistent, listening and communicating effectively, and maintaining energy and motivation. He prides himself on being responsible and leading by example through maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Farid has achieved a lot during his career, including being a level 4 strength and conditioning coach, level 2 gym instructor, level 3 personal trainer, and having advanced fitness testing, kettlebell training, TRX training, and pad boxing training. He is the founder of FFTraining, the author of the FFTraining program, a trainer for the army, an expert in self-defence, and a black belt in taekwondo.

Outside of the gym, Farid is a proud husband and dad, a passionate volunteer for many charities, and a polyglot with a degree in education.
